MamaRise

Terms of Use

Effective 12 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the MamaRise app, operated by AIBL SOFTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account you agree to them.

MamaRise is a wellness app, not medical care. It offers general fitness and wellbeing guidance to support your return to exercise after birth. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor, midwife, health visitor or physiotherapist. Always get professional clearance before starting postnatal exercise, and stop and seek medical help if something feels wrong — especially warning signs such as heavy bleeding, signs of infection, chest pain, or calf pain and swelling.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
